How can my sone fly from Gdansk to Kiev(home) alone, he`s 15 years ?

He is stadeing in school in Poland . He`s 15 years old. He want to come in Ukraine for a few days, one way . We don`t know if he need some one to be with him , or he can fly with your company with out any one ? Is the Poland`s goverment agree to leave him to fly alone with your company ? Thank you.
