Passengers arriving from Andorra, Argentina, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Cape Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czechia, France, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, Netherlands, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Spain or USA without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival are subject to self-isolation.
2. Passengers must have insurance to cover medical expenses in Ukraine.
