Travels in corona time

Hello! Can you please tell me, I am a citizen of Russia, I am flying from Mexico with the KLM airline to Paris. The goal is to get to Italy for business reasons. The French Embassy replied that there would be no problems with customs if I leave France within 24 hours. I would like to buy a ticket from your airline, but I'm worried that they won't let me in. What to do in this case? Will my ticket be refunded if I miss the flight?
