surname misspelled

Hello. I bought Phuket-Chengdu-Moscow tickets. There was a transliteration error in ticket TE 8769707148278. The surname on the ticket is different from the surname on the passport: Suyargulova instead of Suiargulova. Will we have problems? If yes, how to fix the error? And the second question: can the airline provide a free hotel room for the duration of the transfer?
