The question is about facilities during stop-over

Dear Sir/Madam! We have a long stop-over (22 hours 35 min) in Shenzhen (our flight numbers are CZ-8372 and CZ-6095), on the 21st of September. Is your air company offering a hotel and meal over this time? Will we have a possibility to leave the airport and visit the town between these flights? Thank you! Waiting for your reply.
