I purchased tickets from the airline LOT. During online check-in, I indicated that I am Russian and have a Russian passport, and I was not provided with any information that LOT does not allow boarding with a Russian passport. Booking reference O2WDDS, tickets ETKT 080241728844001 and 080241728844002. Of course, I was not allowed to board at Heathrow Airport. How I refund my ticket money?
