- I ask you to return my luggage to me, which should arrive from Dubai on 04.30.2023. I bring to your attention, that on April 30 at 3 o'clock the plane arrived from Dubai to Dushanbe, but for unknown reasons to me, I did not receive my luggage. On April 29, 2023, in transit, we checked in our luggage from Jeddah. From Jeddah we flew to Dubai, but the luggage had to be received in Dushanbe. On April 30, after arriving in Dushanbe, I was not able to get my luggage, after my appeal, they said that it would arrive on Tuesday. However, on Tuesday the luggage did not arrive. The suitcase had a sticker in the form of a wine glass, as a precaution, so that the souvenirs would not break. My luggage was registered in the name of Dustova Khosiyat. We do not know because of the lack of responsibility of the airport employees, the luggage was probably issued in the name of the sister: Khamidova F.R. or Mirganova Nigina Raufovna. We are not so rich / to give a whole suitcase of new things to Flynas. Do you want to be rich to get my suitcase to yourself. We contacted several times. Why don't they answer to me . Is it possible to trust you? Passengers check in their baggage with hope and confidence, not to present (give) you or not to send our baggage to us . Maybe my luggage was registered in the name of my mother Hosiyat or sister Firuza. Plastic suitcase on wheels, light brown. It contains the following: 1. Women's watch - 3 pieces; 2.
