- Good afternoon. I work as a flight attendant for Pobeda Airlines. Today I bought tickets from you from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie. A few hours after that, my flight plan was changed. I dont have the opportunity to fly to Shanghai and I will fly to Hong Kong, from there5 to Ch, from there to Shanghai. Please help me exchange tickets purchased on 09/17/2024 from Shanghai to Zhangjiajie for tickets from Zhangjiajie to Shanghai on 09/20/2024 without penalties.
